The Pullman Reef Hotel Casino is a 5 star boutique style hotel located in the heart of Cairns. Our central location means that there is limited travel time for you and your guests should you choose to have your ceremony at one of the many local Churches. Included in all of our wedding packages is one of our luxurious Junior Suite’s for the Bride and Groom on the night of your wedding. Including sparkling wine and chocolates on arrival and a romantic champagne breakfast served to your suite, it is the perfect way to spend your wedding night. The Bride and Groom also receive a complimentary one year membership to our Accor loyalty program Advantage Plus, valid from the date of your wedding. Looking for a gorgeous ceremony location that ticks all the boxes? Romantic? Open? Picturesque? There are many options for you to choose from here at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino. Included in all venues is a red carpet, twenty white outdoor wedding chairs, signing table and an avenue of white topiary trees.
Pool Deck
Our premium outdoor location for taking in the Cairns Trinity Inlet and mangrove surroundings. Holding up to 200 guests for your ceremony this idealic Pool Deck location will be excusive location for you and your guests to take in your special day.

The Wildlife Dome
Looking for a unique ceremony location? On top of the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino is the Cairns Wildlife Dome, who are now offering their unique venue for wedding ceremonies. Filled with the sounds of Cairns wildlife, it is the perfect one of a kind location. Included is the venue hire, up to ten Wildlife entry only tickets valid for four days for the Bride and Groom’s family (including the celebrant and photographer in the ten). All other guests above the first ten are charged at 20% off our retail rates for Dome only entry. All tickets are valid for 4 days re- entry.

The Coral Lounge
As the name suggests, the Coral Lounge is our first-class indoor ceremony location. With direct access to the Pool Deck and plenty of natural day light, this area is perfect for up to 100 guests. This room features its very own bar, toilets and air-conditioning. It is also the perfect wet weather back up solution.

Ocean View Trinity Inlet
Looking for the perfect garden ceremony venue? Directly across the road from us is the a gorgeous garden overlooking the Cairns Trinity Inlet. It has picturesque photo opportunities and is perfect the your outdoor ceremony venue. Why would you want to get married anywhere else?

Urchins 2, 3 and 4
This room is the perfect indoor space for your ceremony. With floor to ceiling window and a high ceiling, there is no shortage of natural day light. You will also experience the grand entrance

Reception Venues

We have five unique venues that are suitable for wedding receptions catering for between 20 – 400 guests. All the reception venues include tables set with white table cloths, white linen napkins, fine dining cutlery and glassware, lectern, bridal table, cake table, gift table, dance floor, stage and tea light candles on the tables.
Michaelmas Cay Ballroom
Pullmans’ luxurious, recently refurbished Michaelmas Cay Ballroom located on Level 2 of the Hotel and seating up to 230 guests is the perfect venue for a formal occasion. This venue exudes grandeur and will wrap you and your guests in 5 star glamour.
The Reef Room
Soft background music and low ceilings make this an ideal location for a small and intimate dinner party for up to 40 guests. The venue offers natural light and is self contained with private restrooms.
The Coral Lounge
Start the occasion with a casual yet sophisticated pool side ceremony followed by pre-dinner drinks overlooking the spectacular views of our waterway and surrounding mountains. As the sun sets and your guests’ senses are tantalised by the aromas of delicious food wafting to them on the gentle breeze, move indoors to the intimacy of our Coral Lounge where you will be sure to feel that you are indeed on Cloud Nine.
Urchins 1
Urchins Reception Lounge 1 offers a casual, airy setting synonymous with our tropical lifestyle whilst retaining a sophisticated 5-star ambience. Unique to this large area seating 250 guests are the glass windows giving it an ‘open-air’ atmosphere. Combine this area with Urchins Reception Lounges 2, 3 & 4 for a maximum area to cater for approximately 400 guests.
Urchins 2 and 3
This area is divided from the main and larger Urchins Lounge area by sound proof retractable walls. It is suitable for smaller wedding receptions of up to 70 seated guests or beautifully lends itself to being themed for the more informal cocktail party style of wedding reception.

Complete with everything you need to ensure your venues looks stunning, your guests enjoy scrumptious food and that beverage will not blow out.
Cocktail Package

This package is perfect for the relaxed couple who doesn’t want anything too formal but still seeking sophistication. 
• Included in this price is your choice of four canapés, two noodle boxes or the fork food cocktail station and your wedding cake cut and served on platters.
• Guests will enjoy four hours of house beverages.
Crystal Package 
$133.00 per person
Our signature crystal package is perfect for couples focused on their budget with package upgrades available later should your finances allow. 
• To start your evening, three canapés are served to your guests for half an hour, while you are having your photos taken. Moving onto the main part of the night, you have a choice of either a two course menu alternatively served. Your wedding cake will be cut and served with coulis and cream for dessert.
• Alternatively you can choose to have the buffet option with your wedding cake cut and served on platters.
• There is also a four hour house beverage package to ensure that you enjoy your night without having to worry about running out of your bar tab.
• Along with the complimentary inclusions you also receive all your styling for your reception room by Wedding Treasures. Included in the package is your colour choice of either black, white, ivory or silver chair covers, complimented with your colour choice of either satin or organza sashes, spandex or bling bands. Select one of the centrepieces below and this is set up with a round mirror and tea light candles. “MR & MRS” Wooden wording for your Bridal Table and “LOVE” wooden lettering for your gift or cake table, with either a bird cage for your wishing well or a gift box.
